We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be exact.
All products are offered subject to availability.
Minor variations in epoxy, acrylic, colour, or finish may occur naturally during the manufacturing process and do not constitute a product fault.
Badge reels are designed for lightweight items only (e.g., ID cards). Attaching heavy items such as large sets of keys may shorten product lifespan and is considered misuse.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or inaccurate information is provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our Site.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

You acknowledge that NurseReadyCards™ is not responsible for postal delays, shipping network disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
NurseReadyCards™ is not liable for damage caused by misuse of badge reels, including overloading, forceful pulling, or attaching heavy objects.
Normal wear and tear of epoxy, acrylic, or retractable components is expected and not considered a defect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurseReadyCards™ and its affiliates from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

Non-Transferable Use and Intellectual Property

Each NurseReadyCards™ product is provided on a non-transferable basis for the sole use of the customer.
The information contained within, or the card itself, must not be reproduced, scanned, copied, transmitted, shared, sold, or made available to any other person or platform without the prior written consent of NurseReadyCards™, whose consent may be withheld at its absolute discretion.
All content, product designs, brand names, and materials are the exclusive property of NurseReadyCards™.
No product, image, design, or educational content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form, including digital or physical copies, without written permission.
All rights are reserved under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international copyright treaties.
Any unauthorised reproduction, sale, or distribution of NurseReadyCards™ materials may result in legal action or civil penalties.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product fails to meet acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
